1. How do I open an account?

Select the Open An Account button in the upper right corner of our website. You will be directed to the XDesk platform website. Please fill out the account opening form and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2. When can I start investing/trading after I open an account?

Your account will begin trading after you have successfully passed the Identity Verification Process (KYC), funded your account and those funds have cleared. You can also opt for an Evaluation Account and start trading immediately after opening it.

3. How do I complete the Identity Verification Process?

To comply with international and local rules and regulations and in line with our commitment to greater transparency, we are required to verify every new client. The identity verification process will usually take from minutes to 2 business days. You will be prompted to upload a photo or scanned identity document and a copy of your bank statement.

4. How do I fund an account?

Full funding instructions and access to online funds transfer tools will be provided once your account has been verified. You can then link your bank account to your new XDesk account and deposit funds.
